We ask to allow 10-20 business days for order processing time before shipment. 

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Due to the COVID-19 PANDEMIC, you may experience shipping delays with carriers beyond MAXBEAUTY COSMETICS LLC control. We appreciate your patience.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, CAN THIS BE CHANGED?

Yes, contact info@maxbeauty.com on the same day error was made.  Any day after that we are not responsible to make any changes. In addition please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase. 

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET, CAN YOU FILE A CLAIM FOR ME?

No, MAXBEAUTY COSMETICS LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

MY TRACKING IS SAYING MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, CAN YOU SHIP BACK OUT?

Yes, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to re-send items.
